From a supplier warehouse outside the United States. We do not ship from a US warehouse.
Can I ask about a product before I order?
Yes. If materials, cord length or box contents matter to you, email support@florvian.online first and we will check with our supplier.
Returns
Where do returns go?
Approved returns go to 29995 Ahern Ave, Union City, CA 94587, USA. Contact us before sending anything so we can give you the return steps. This address only receives returns; it does not ship orders.

Are the heights exact?
No. They come from each maker's listing and are approximate. See the height guide.
Do inflatables need power?
Most blow-up pieces use a built-in fan and need an outdoor outlet. Use an outdoor-rated cord and a GFCI-protected outlet.
Are some items licensed characters or brands?
Items that show a brand name in their listing are made by that brand's maker, not by Florvian.
